i've been working here for almost 2 and a half months. yet, i still cant adopt the way legal firms ask for money from their clients..
once i asked my boss what is the classification of task which im doing?
he said that, im doing the third part in doing business(after client hunting and doing the assigned jobs); bill collecting. but for a law firm.,
words used play important roles., i cant use harsh words even a white one, or being sarcastic to them. over and above that, no negotiation please.. just ask them when they can pay? could you please pay as soon as possible. those are the only lines available.
in fact, im not actually forcing them to pay, just to irritate them and soon their clients will pay the counsels, after months of ear torturing phone calls..
