wat dya think?

ko rasa agak saiko tak kalau ko bernawaitu nak gy jog, but then ko blari mcm lahanat di kala bulan ramadhan yg mulia ni.. nghaahah.. yup, i think so,.. saiko mcm lahanat (according to my kak-e)
and i did that for the past 2 days.. ok lads and and lasses... i think u should do the same thing., it's a mere mental game. but u must set a limit before u black-out.. that's the fact u have to know if u wana do some exercises or pumping irons during ramadhan...
as for me.. i really want to lose weight, and ramadhan is the best month to do so...
tadi nak pitam dah.. tapi kna control.. ada awek tuh.. hahahaha..
i dont think they were able to 'jinjing' me to my car in case if i conk out.... hihihi..
stop before KO..

pst...sebaik2nye jog la time pkul 6.30 kot? time nk dkt2 berbuka like dat..huhu~
